I have been seeing Dr Lau since 2005. Even now that I live in Montreal every time that I go to the bay area I make sure I make an appointment with him.
His staff is corteous and friendly ,his office is spotless.
Dr Lau sees you right on time. He tells you during the process what he is doing so you are aware at all times, he asks often if you are ok in case you need a break. At the end he asks you if you have any questions.
Dr Lau is very professional, attentive and cordial.
I recommend anyone looking for a family dentist to visit Dr Lau.
