Love the sugar free and non dairy options they have available. I ordered a frappe and it was delicious
It's Starbucks and they make their drinks well, consistently. However, the drive-thru wait needs to be dramatically improved. No matter the time of day, the line is always super long and it takes forever to get through. I went inside once, and while waiting for my drink, you can see the machine that tracks the wait times, but the staff are not monitoring it because almost all of them were yellow or red. In addition, that only tracks the time (I assume) from the time your order is placed to when you receive it at the window. So it does not include ALL of the cars before the order is taken.
