These people are great. I can speak to piano tuning services but I was moving and wasn’t in town. Needed someone to move the piano AND store it. Big storage unit companies wouldn’t allow me to do this remotely. Shanna worked with me to get it moved and store, all remotely. My piano is really near and dear to my heart so this meant the world to me. Give them your business.
Absolutely phenomenal service! Had a last minute need for a piano move and they squeezed me into their schedule. Great communication on when they would arrive, quick service, and very professional movers. Would highly recommend!
Bob and his team are great! They were very professional and handled our antique grand piano with care. My wife was really concerned with the legs but their technique put her mind at ease and the way they moved it onto our new wood floors was pretty amazing. They also went out of their way to get us on the schedule the same day on a Friday, even though we had booked the appt for the next Thursday, which was completely unexpected and much appreciated! We are also going to have Bob come back for a full tune and deep clean of the inside (below strings) after having him take a look at what we wanted done in the past. We had been putting the clean off because of other company suggestions was well beyond what we wanted to commit too. Pricing was more than fair and competitive and we would highly recommend this company.
