  The Bar is awesome! Being new to lifting, Chris has done a wonderful job helping me learn the correct way to lift! The Bar has a completely different atmosphere (in a good way) from a typical fitness center with its high quality equipment, loud music, and a sense of community. Would highly recommend to anyone who is already into lifting or if you want to try something new!

  Amazing equipment and atmosphere. Mostly everything is Rogue equipment. The staff is amazing and the people are amazing. This is the Best place to get strong.

  One of the nicest and most well equipped gyms I’ve been to. The owner is very friendly and I came there for a charity lifting event so that should already tell ya how great this gym is. 11/10 would recommend.

  clean facility, solid equipment, friendly crowd
  
  I just had my first training session there and was taught proper technique on how to dead lift. I was doing alright before, but now i'm doing much better. having my form corrected made a huge difference with how it felt, and the amount of effort i needed to put into the bar.

  I love this place. Chris is the most genuine human being I have ever met. He really cares about helping people. Got some very strong people all in one place. Amazing equipment. Clean. I know somebody gave this one star but they may actually be crazy because I have never been to a better gym than this one.
