Very knowledgeable staff, Everytime I've had a question or concern it's been quickly addressed. I've been working a lot with Susan, and she knows what she's doing!! I'm very happy with my choice to go there, and I will continue to go there.
The staff at the Desoto location worked so professionally and kind with my (busy!) teenage daughter. I have a lot of confidence in her recovery as did the surgeon. We learned they chose Jay for their own family's PT also!
Emily was fantastic with scheduling flexibility around a busy family/student schedule. Always very responsive and easy to explain billing and payments.
