  I brought my father in to Fall Creek after the passing of my mom due to my father's condition (Parkinson's and Dementia). He was falling allot, and I honestly couldn't take care of him due to my own health. We also knew that he could no longer live safely on his own. We were terrified to take him to a nursing facility. After looking at several places, I decided on Fall Creek. The staff at Fall Creek were absolutely amazing from the start....I mean everyone we met... From the front desk staff, admissions director, nurses, CNA's, doctors, therapists, social workers, cafeteria workers, activity directors....I mean everyone always carried smiles on their faces. My father gets his medications on time (which is very important for Parkinson's patients); they treat him with respect, dignity, and care. No place is perfect, but everytime I've ever called with a concern, they always helped me and took care of my father. My father loves the food at Fall Creek and he even asked for toast with every meal and they made that happen for him. It's something small, but made a world of difference to us. The people there actually listen. Thank you Fall Creek staff...God bless you.

  My husband was here for almost three months before passing away recently. I can truly say that the staff cares about patients and tries so hard to do a good job. They work with heart. The rehab therapists are wonderful. Thank you Fall Creek for your kindness and for trying so hard to help my sweet hubby. To Kim, Ricardo, Jesse, Tre, Mary, Christi, Felicia, and so many others, I will always be grateful.
