  Wonderful service. Tammy at the office set the right expectations and coordinated everything. Alan was a really nice guy. Fixed the leaks, the valves, and went above and beyond. Really good guys.

  Tammy was so flexible and helpful with scheduling the 2 appointments we needed. Mike came out and he diagnosed within 5 minutes that we needed new toilets due to the bad design of cheaper toilets installed in newer construction. (We had 3 out of 4 clogging at some point until the master bath got to the point of breaking the seal from us plunging and leaking through the floor into the kitchen.) He explored with the camera and found what was causing it, cleared it up and installed the new toilet. It has been working great and we haven't had any problems since. We will eventually be replacing the other 3 with Tom's and use them for any other plumbing issues we have. I highly recommend!
