  I cannot say nothing but great things about this company and their employees, this is the second time we have used this company and Michael the service tech is by far the best. I will not ever need anyone else to come out he is stuck with us. Michael takes pride in his work and he enjoys his job and it shows in his performance and personality. Keep up the great work.   We were very pleased with the work we had done. Modern Air Solutions always very thorough with the work even for basic requests. The workers always do a great job of explaining any issues you may have with your furnace and provide great suggestions or recommendation. We've had them over twice for our furnace and they have always been very prompt with scheduling a service call. We look forward to continue using them for our Furnace and A/C needs

  My furnace decided not to work properly after the deep freeze we had, it started to screech each time it came on. It got louder. So I called Modern Air Solutions, Inc., Michael B. was my technician, he heard the noise, looked at it, he knew exactly what it was. Michael advised on getting a new system instead of putting in a new part into a older furnace. Michael B. did an EXCELLENT job explaining everything!! I highly recommend Michael B. to help you out! I also highly recommend Modern Air Solutions, inc., for your heating and cooling, they are WONDERFUL! My old furnace will be going to Furnace Heaven.
  
  I would like to say "Thank you" to Michael B. & Kurt W. for installing my new furnace! It is so quiet now! Michael B. and Kurt W. did an AWESOME job!! They knew what they were doing. I would like to point out again that this company Modern Air Solutions, Inc., is highly recommended!! I trust them completely! Thanks again!

  My absolute go to! Extremely reliable, professional and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend their services from anything between annual maintenance and cleaning to repairs and new unit installations. I've used them for all of those things for personal residence as well as for my property management businesses for residential and commercial needs.

  Called modern air solutions because I had an issue with my furnace Carl came out super quickly to look at my furnace, checked everything over and explained everything very thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and pleasure to do business with I signed up for there mainlanders plan because I was so comfortable. I’m a real believer in customer service and they definitely get 5 stars !
