  Earlier this year during the winter months, I had frozen pipes burst in the first floor apartment of my home. I called the Althea Johnson Agency for help. I was given two things, advice to make a claim and the phone number to the Allstate Insurance Claims Adjustor's office. After a couple of days passed the Althea Johnson Agency called to follow-up making sure I had entered a claim and to assure me Allstate would make me whole again. A few weeks had passed and during this time I was able to get my claim check, find a contractor and get my place fixed. I thank the Althea Insurance Agency for their concern and for helping me get through a tough time by calling and checking on my progress.

  I have been with Althea Johnson's agency for 25 years. The team is great. I work with an associate Lilly who is professional, experienced,and a heart of goal. There has never been a time that I've called ,and did not get an immediate response.
