  When I hurt myself playing too much soccer, I found Innovative Sports Medicine on Google to help put me back together. From the first time I visited, Lewis Blevins worked to help me get back on the pitch, as well as to show me stretches and exercises to prevent the same thing from happening again. I still see Lewis on a fortnightly basis, and I benefit greatly from the various stretching and adjustments. I would recommend Innovative to anyone who is hurting, or who wants to undergo preventative care to keep from being injured.

  I have been coming to this office for quite a few years. I have seen about 8 different chiropractors before finding Dr. Eric Hestrup. He is by far the best I have ever seen. Dr. Eric spends as much time with me as I need to be able get me moving again. (I am not an easy patient.) I also get regular bodywork done by the massage/physical therapists, Shawn and Chamberlain. Their combined efforts have gotten me through some rough times and keep me active. I swear that I gained an inch back (in height) that I had lost a few years ago. I am definitely walking taller. The office manager, Kerry, always has a smile on her face and is pleasant to deal with. I have only great things to say about this practice.

  Me and my family have been going to Innovative Sports for the past two years. There is no question that the chiropractic care and the myofascial massages keep the muscle and back pains away. I don't know what I would do without the treatment. I highly recommend Innovative Sports and it's various treatments that they provide.

  I go to Innovative for 2 treatments. I go for chiropractic care and myofascial massages. I have had back and hip pain for years. Since going for treatments my pain has decreased dramatically. I am always able to get in for appointments and all the staff is incredible. They have also given me exercises for home to improve my condition as well. Thank you for the great care!
