  There are several bad reviews for this place, but my experience yesterday was perfectly fine! I was skeptical to go here after reading some reviews. After going to the dog park, my dog started developing sores on her face, so I brought her here. I felt welcomed from the second I walked in. The front desk workers gave my dog treats and some loving! I see a lot of reviews about a male named Toby working the front desk, but there was not male when I went yesterday, so I am assuming Toby is gone. The doctor was honest with me regarding my dog's issue and gave me all of my options. I really don't have any complaints!

  We have 3 dogs and I've had such an amazing experience with Banfield. Our dogs care are a priority for us. I am in no way affiliated to this company to say any of the following. If you go first thing in the am, you'll only have one person working phones and checking in your animals. Can that specific person be limited on their ability to be overtly friendly, yes. I appreciate all their hard work. When my schnauzer had a bladder filled with stones, they did surgery and my experience was so positive. They were able to teach us, as well as communicate every step of the process and discussed preventative measures. I just want this staff to hear how important they are. I don't think they hear that enough. Thank you from Cheri, Tobi and Mabel????????????
