  Nice and quite very pretty view of the sun rise. This is a park that no dogs are allowed at tho. I guess it has something to do with the water there. I didn't read the song completely but you get the point no dogs allowed quickly.

  Beautiful lake to walk around. It's about .9 mile to walk completely around. Often times there are lots of geese. Beautiful sunsets to see.

  Nice 9/10 mile stone path around Harper Lake with amazing views of the mountains! The path connects with a larger trail that go pass the lake. There is a public bathroom site and about 15 parking spots.
