  Kathy, the manager in the front office is fabulous! She gets 5 stars for sure. The maintenance staff dont always respond in a timely, friendly, professional or appropriate manner. However, Kathy was always available and able to work her magic and make sure stuff got done. We had a pool balcony which was great and nice neighbors as well. Our living space was up to date and in great shape. The only setback for me was the maintenance staff. They drag the rating down with their lack of knowledge and follow through. They also dont speak to residents in a professional, kind or appropriate manner even raising their voice at times and yelling over the phone. At the time I purchased a home and moved out I know Kathy was working with those particular staff members on more effective and appropriate communication with residents. I have no doubt she will be successful in working with them, and the maintenance staff will improve under her supervision and guidance. Kathy is great and I would highly recommend working with her to help you find your fabulous new apartment home. Thanks for all you do Kathy!

  Our dogs love Deb at the office who always takes time to pay attention to them and give them treats. She even comes outside to them. The dogs also love the maintenance guys who take time to pay attention to them.

  My family and I were moving from out of state and needed a short term rental until our home was done being built. We looked at a few other place but once we met Deb that was it, she was so nice, friendly and the type of person you want to be friends with, that I knew we were going to rent from her before we even saw the apartment. Deb made everything so easy, and she was the reason we chose to stay here. The apartment is just a bonus.

  Was moving from another state and needed a short term rental which we would have to rent site unseen. I called and spoke to Deb and she was kind, informative and reassured me that The Reserve At Geist would be a clean and great place for us to land while we would be looking for a home. Deb made the process smooth especially since we were out of state. Once we arrived the apartment was everything Deb described. This is a great place and Deb was a delight to work with.
