  So far, so good. Went in for an office visit and another follow-up. Staff was excellent. Told me at the 2nd visit that the doctor was behind schedule (emergency) and I was able to go out to do some errands and returned. I'm part of an HMO so they were up front about me needing a referral for another follow-up visit and then offered to contact my primary doctor for the referral. Dr. Krammer was very patient answering all my questions, even following up with a phone call after the fact.

  I was a recent patient of Dr. Andrew Kramer for an in office surgical procedure and was very satisfied with the care. The doctor as well as his staff are very accommodating and pleasant. I highly recommend if you want someone who cares..this is the place to go. Jeff P. Plano Illinois
