From my viewpoint as a licensed professional counselor, I believe Sarah is one of the best mental health clinicians the Denver area. She brings an incredible amount of knowledge, passion, and tools for helping her clients. Her expertise in trauma in particularly impressive. She uses not only counseling skills, but other tools for helping people change their brain, such as neurofeedback and EMDR. this is a very rare and special combination of techniques. She is not afraid to take on some of the most chronic, difficult mental health issues people face. Many of her clients are there because they tried other therapy approaches, medication etc. and have finally gotten the results they want by working with Sarah. As a mental health professional myself, I refer therapy clients to her without any hesitation whatsoever. If you are struggling In looking for help, I cannot recommend her highly enough as a therapist.
