  I didn't have to wait at all. Christel was very friendly and did an excellent job cutting my hair. I would recommend her to a friend and I'll probably be going back soon.

  Love, love this place. No will ever cut my hair but these girls here. Doesn't matter which one they are all very professional. Walks in welcome or reserve a spot with the app.

  Edit: Still coming here for hair cuts, two years later. I bring my now 5YO here also. We both get our cuts done by Hayley (and I still don't know how to spell her name, but she has rockin' ink and is terrific) now. I love that I can bring "inspiration" pics in, ask for the magic to happen, and know with certainty that the cut will be lovely. This last time, my 5YO wanted an angled bob and we were going to see another stylist, and she wasn't sure she knew how and let us know, which I super appreciated (having had my worst haircut by a stylist that didn't know how to do it but tried anyway).
  
  This last time, Hayley did magic to my hair- a (very expensive) salon had fried my ends when I went in for a balayage and I was having a helluva time with tangles. After my cut, she went through and texturized everything, specifically removing the fried ends- and my hair is incredibly light, somehow has massive wave, and doesn't break brushes anymore. I've been going to various Great Clips for years, and this one has won my loyalty for as long as I'm in the area.
  
  Also, my 5YO LOVES her hair.

  Was here last Thursday and had my hair cut by Hayley (Hailee?). She was wonderful, congenial, and very skilled- I had a couple pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like and she got it perfectly done in a short amount of time. When I made minute changes (more layers, shorter bangs), she made them with no issue. Also, gave me the best shampoo I've ever had at a haircut place. Highly recommend and will be back!

  I checked in online. When I arrived I was seen immediately. Stylist was friendly and helpful. She cut my hair the way I wanted it.

  They always give an excellent haircut, and with their online check in services, the wait is a little shorter. However, at this particular location, the barbers keep changing. I've never had the same barber twice in the three years I've been going there.
