  I was met by Steve Inga. I told him about what I was looking for and he answered all of my questions.
  He made me feel very comfortable. I looked at everything inside, outside and underneath. Checked fluids and then test drove.

  I'm really glad I found out about EchoPark & made the hour and a half drive up there. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Ashley T was awesome and made everything so easy and actually enjoyable...which isn't how I ever thought I'd describe an afternoon at a car dealership! She helped me find the perfect vehicle for me at a great price. She's even still been extremely helpful & responsive, days after I've made the purchase, with some questions I've had...even replying to help on her day off! I would highly recommend EchoPark to anyone interested in getting a like new vehicle without the new vehicle sticker price.

  We purchased a used vehicle from Echo Park this weekend and what a delight it was. Of course we love our new Honda, but the really gratifying part was the way in which the transaction was conducted. Todd Petersen is a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable auto professional who guided us around the lot, always listening and responding to our needs and wants. He was confident and firm where appreciate and responsive and engaging at all times. No pressure, no misleading assertions, no bluster - just solid customer service. I love my car, the deal I got and the new relationship I have with a great automobile dealership. This should be your new home for used cars!

  We came in to buy a car for my Husband and had a great experience. I’m always leary of no haggle dealerships in the way that I have experienced some of the salesmen can be quite cold with you. But from the moment I called before going in to the dealership everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Irvin was our salesman and he was awesome! Very upfront and personable. The manager was also nice and very helpful. If you are in need of a fair, quick, hassle-free buy I would recommend!

  Great service and great pricing. Much lower than other locations that we visited. Todd did an awesome job at showing us around and explaining the process. We were out within an hour with a GREAT deal!
