  I called them to get on their schedule to have my carpets done before the holidays, they were able to get me right in and did an excellent job!!! I've used other places before that left my carpets super wet that took days to dry, but not Impressions; my carpets we're dry that night. Tom, Ann, & Chris are all such nice people to work with. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and quality work!!!

  FIVE STARS PLUS! - Impressions has always taken care of us in a professional and quick manner. Ann is always prompt in replying to our emails. Chris came out and cleaned our office carpet yesterday and it looks fabulous! He was friendly and efficient. We appreciate you guys and will definitely come back for future needs!

  Excellent service and work. First, the woman that I spoke to when I called was very kind and helpful. She gave me some ballpark prices for the work I needed done and I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of my call. Chris arrived on time and gave me specific prices after looking at my furniture and rug. The prices were extremely reasonable. I would have paid more. He got started right away and was done in no time. My furniture is about 12 years old and had never been cleaned. It was pretty dirty and now the fabric looks nearly new again. I was very impressed. I would absolutely use Impressions again. I am trying to think of something critical to say but can't come up with anything. I am completely satisfied by every aspect of my experience with them.

  I just had my carpets cleaned by Impressions and what a beautiful job Dominic did. I had a few pet stains and he removed them completely. From my first phone call to schedule an appointment everyone was so pleasant and nice. Get this. I was given a 10am to 11am time frame for Dominic's arrival and he arrived at 9:50am. When does that EVER happen when you hire any worker come to your house. Dominic was so polite. He explained every thing thoroughly and completed the job quickly.
  
  In talking with him he told me how happy he was to work for this company. He likes that it is not a huge company and is family owned. He said it is so nice to go to work every day and be with nice owners, bosses and go workers.
  
  I will be happy to refer this company and use them again. I like to support smaller business owners instead of huge franchises. Thanks Dominic it was great doing business with you. My carpets are all new again.
