  Felt at home with the doctors and RNs working here. They were really easy and great to work with and no surprise charges. Everything was disclosed up front. The doctor answered all of my questions, and did not make me feel rushed.

  Great Service - I arrived on a very snowy day and was lucky that I was the only one there - seen in no time! They were very helpful and were able to promptly provide me with a diagnosis and treatment plan. They even followed up with me the following day to see how I was doing (never had that before from an urgent care center). Would very much recommend this urgent care.

  At the last minute my primary care physician canceled my appointment and I didn’t want to wait to see a doctor until they could reschedule me. I was worried that an urgent care wouldn’t be as thorough as my primary care, but I was so wrong!! I actually like the doctor there more than my primary care. He was more thorough, explained so much more, and walked me through everything, including next steps. I have left my own primary care office feeling confused, like I need to do more research, and this place went above and beyond to make sure no stone was left unturned. So appreciative of the thought and care I received at this place today. Would recommend this place over and over!

  I came into Metro for a third degree burn. The PA, Javier, was very knowledable, personable, and professional. He referred me to the Swedish Medical Center burn clinic, and I was seen that same day.
  
  This urgent care is the best I’ve ever visited. It’s in a great location, very clean, and every staff member I encountered was very polite and welcoming. I will definitely refer friends and family to this location and to Javier!

  Every time we go. Great service. Great wait times. Docs and PA's are good. They are not afraid to treat the patients! My kids have both been treated here, and they have diagnosed correctly and treated accordingly better than the hospitals and primary care in the area.
