  Seems pretty new - super clean, very polite and courteous staff, and quick service (I had an appointment). Definitely will go back here for minor stuff rather than trying to get in with my GP. Love the online reservation/appointment system.

  I was very pleased with my experience at CityHealth, this was my third time there and the staff has always been very considerate and treated me with dignity. The wait was reasonable. The doctors were knowledgeable and their diagnosis and treatment right on.

  I think it’s important to review places like these, because in a moment of crisis you need to make decisions in haste. CityHealth was not only quick and efficient, but the providers were empathetic and thorough. Unfortunately, it’s not close enough to me to be a regular stop (we came here directly from OAK airport), but if you have to choose between here and others nearby — this is a great office. Lab work is done right across the street, so that was helpful as well. Lab results are populated into your online account as they arrive, giving you access to your own information.

  Fantastic customer service from front desk and medical team staff!! Very clean, homey feeling when you walk in the doors, super quick wait time to be seen, unlike other urgent cares and hospitals I’ve been to before! I am so sick with the flu, but I am happy That my husband brought me to CityHealth this afternoon. Highly recommend them!
