  this workout is addicting! all of the trainers are SUPER friendly, and I look forward to going back almost daily.

  Really good gym. I did a drop in from my home gym and they were super accommodating. The trainers spent lots of time and even though I have some experience still made sure I knew the right form for every exercise. Totally spent after 30 minutes. Great energy music and workout. Highly recommended.

  9Round in Sugar Land has been a great step for me since it keeps me in shape without taking too much time.
  
  I love the personal 1-on-1 training and I can go in anytime I want without an appointment or scheduled class for just 30 minutes.
  
  Bri in Sugar Land has trained me the most and she does a fantastic job keeping me motivated, instructing me on the proper technique and making my 30 minutes at 9Round fun!

  I’ve never been to the gym in a while and i came to sign up here. I LOVE THIS PLACE! This is probably the most welcoming environment even kids can come here too! The trainers are very professional especially Bri, I would recommend her for anybody to be honest. This is definitely a place for fitness and family, 5 out of 5 stars!

  Been going here for a while and its pretty fun! Great trainers! I would recommend Trevor but he doesn't work there anymore though. Wish he was there because he really helped me out and pushed me which is what I needed! Bri also helped out!
