  Incredible customer service with Brandon B. Really went out of the way
  to help me out and his follow-up was fabulous. Many companies use the
  "customer is always wrong" approach, this company went out of their
  way to refute that idea. Liked it so much , I ordered a second generator.

  I was very impressed and surprised with the ease of ordering, pricing and quality. The process was enjoyable and seamless. I am a believer that strong customer service is everything and Fred Brockett exemplifies this ideal. Fred took the time to answer any questions I had and was extremely personable, Kudos to Fred and to the company! You are both a rare breed in today's world! By the way, the generator I ordered started up immediately, works great and I was very happy with the quality!

  Amazing experience with FAO, great pricing on Milwaukee, fast turn around and shipping but most importantly unbelievable customer service. The best I have ever encountered in my life, I got a legit phone call from a real human, (their senior sales manager Jesse Hurt, 100% top notch man hard to find employees like him), not a computer, checking in on my purchase. Top notch stuff, will exclusively buy from them from now on. Highly recommend!!

  Hello, I am so thankful I found your company....an more specifically, Sean Stone. I live in a remote area and was on-line shopping for a new Honda snowblower. I had quotes a bit lower than what Sean could match, however, he worked so hard for me that I went with him. I am now going to refer his name to the Mammoth Mountain Disabled Sports School for, hopefully, future sales. Thanks again Sean, you are awesome.
