  The fact that, after I returned rental, they transported me back to body shop where my car was, cheerfully. Customer service from day one was awesome. Hope I never need a rental car again due to a wreck, but if so Enterprise is my choice, hands down! Thanks.

  Very well respected staff, and their pick you up service is just remarkable. North Tryon site is well organized, clean and darn right pleasant. I'm often going to the Indian Trail location but North Tryon location seems to have it well organized.

  Had the pleasure of working with assistant manager Michael Green. He definitely made sure I was taken care of and ended up in a fantastic vehicle.
  
  My car was in for repairs at Ford and Ford would not put me in a loaner because I was under 25. Enterprise charges a small underage fee of $10 a day which I felt was fair.
  
  Service was quick and professional.

  Hey these guys have helped me with all of my rental car needs. All the cars and trucks rented were up to par and got me out to anywhere I needed to go. Even the great state of ATLANTA. Great folks who go all out to help customers with their issues as well, that is IF they come up.
