  Like Borat said "its NiiCe" the pool is dope, water slides included. Not deep, 4.5 foot is the deepest, Safe for kids. the store inside is expensive but Wal-Mart is like 3 min away. Indoor theater and game room . The rooms are comfortable af.

  A great place to stay in Orlando. A home away from home. With the addition of the large splash pad and slides it makes off days when not going to Disney a lot of fun

  Fair size rooms. Nice pool. Good security. Snack bar with icees. Live DJ. The bigger kiddie water park and bigger slides are not open yet. It's deceiving to let customers assume it's open, from the photos. Staff said a few more months. Just need a little attention on patio, it has mold/algee? A/C cannot be lower than 72 or pay a fee. I guess when they are done with water parks they can invest some more time in cleaning. The low switches are for handicap access. Needs more shade in pool area. Some people just leave their belongings and leave. Some of us want to sit in the shade and watch our kids. Over great but I want to leave room for improvement.

  We just ended our second stay here. Our family love this place. It is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location within the community is perfect for easy pool access. It is also just minutes from Disney. The owner Richie is gracious and easy to work with.
