Orange Lake River Island Resort

A great resort. It is nice and huge. Lots of pools to chose from. They have just redone most of the rooms. They are awesome.

Great fun clean place with anything and everything from many golf courses and great restaurants. Let us not forget the wonderful waters, pool/lazy river! Disney isn't far! The photos are some of Florida's native flowers.

Very nice Resort having a wide range of "1st Classc amenities from 5 heated pools, hot tubs, excellent gift stores, bakery, candy store and fast food to fine dining. They also have private lake for boating & water sports.
One negative was the River Island was being repaired.

This is my favorite part of Orange lake !!!! We stayed on these grounds at River Island in April of 2018 !!! I will always request this spot. Star bucks is right on the other side of the zero gravity pool. I love Heading down in the morning before all the hustle and bustle of the pool, it's so peaceful!! The staff are always so nice. They go out of your way to hold doors, say good morning and good night !! It's a wonderful place to stay when in Orlando. We met an amazing family while we were there. Our oldest daughters became such good friends and have stayed in contact ever since. Great Family resort !!

The location is very close to Disney. The hotel itself is clean, safe, very nice. The attractions at the hotel, like the lazy river, are very nice and fun. Staff are great. Overall a great place to stay.
