I love this office! We have been coming here for about 4 yrs. There are walk-in hours in the morning and the afternoon M-F, which I absolutely love!! All of the pediatricians and nurse practitioners my children have seen are great! Very patient, great listeners, quality care given. We never feel rushed when seeing any of the providers. Both of my children are autistic. The providers are very understanding and patient. We are very satisfied with the care and service Watchung Pediatrics has provided our family.

Our 3 children are patients of Dr. Katz. She always takes her time at each of their appointments to address any of our questions or concerns. We love the convenience of the walk in hours and the caring we receive from the nursing staff.

Doctors and facilities are really good, but the staffs doesn't know how to treat and behave with the people, especially people in the counter and who attends calls, they needs to be trained on customer handlings.
