Great selection and great customer service. Now one of my favorites!
Sherrill, the owner, is wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. She is the only full service miniatures shop in Houston, and 1 of only 2 retail stores left. She carries mainly 1" but also has some special (LIMITED SUPPLY) 1/2" scale furniture kits as well as other 1/2" items. 1/4" selection is somewhat limited, but there is some. You just have to look. If you are a DIYer you will love the selection of trims, paints, wallpapers, details such as doorknobs, etc. The only better selection for DIY I've seen during my travels is at Niagara Hobby in Buffalo.
Sherrill also hosts classes regularly, and plays hostess to multiple local miniature clubs.
Wonderful shop full of all kinds of great miniatures in 1" and 1/2" scale as well as some smaller scales ! The owner is very helpful and friendly. If you are in the Houston area and love dollhouse miniatures, plan to visit this shop.
