I purchased a car from Hi-Line yesterday, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience!
I worked with Bryan Armbruster over 2 days and drove away with the perfect car for me. Bryan was courteous, helpful, understanding, honest, and never pushy. He gave me great guidance regarding things like backseat and trunk size, maintenance, upkeep, and many other useful things that I had not considered. Instead of just trying to close a deal on the car that I came in thinking that I wanted, he made sure that I had the right car for my situation and my family.
I left my first day without having made a purchase. Bryan was quick to follow up and understand what I needed to take next steps. When I did let him know I was coming back, he made sure that both he and I had everything I needed set up in advance to make the purchasing experience move as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

Great experience! Called to check availability of a couple cars, spoke with Judy who was a delight, was a little early when we arrived at dealership, so Bryan Armbruster helped us while Judy was attending to a client... He took great care of us, the process was very smooth, very upfront dealer... We looked at both cars I was interested in, narrowed it down to one, test drove, agreed on a fair trade in for my car and processed the paperwork... Honestly the quickest and best car buying experience I have ever had. Very happy with the purchase I made.

I purchased a 2015 Lexus Is250 on 1/19/2019 from Hi-line Garage. Our salesman Erick was great. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and had a great sense of humor. He made our buying experience very comfortable. No pushy salesman trying to force something on you. It's definitely a great place to shop for a vehicle and I highly recommend it. Thanks again guys.
