  I have always taken my car to this location. Jason has always taken very good care of me. He and his staff are very friendly and professional and have always sat down and explained to me thoroughly to where I could understand the problems with my car.
  Highly recommend them for service work.

  The manager Jay truly cares about his customers and always does right by them. That is saying a lot as a single woman. Most places try to take advantage of us. Jorden was methodical and professional in replacing all of my tires. I will take my vehicles there for all of my needed repairs.

  Came in for a yearly balance/roatation policy 2 days ago. The alignment rack was out of order so they manually tried to align my tires as best they could (they were really bad). Jason the manager asked me to come back today to finish up the job. The first day I was here I mentioned I had soft brakes and bled the lines multiple times to no avail. A brake bleed and alignment were preformed today. This process took much longer than expected (a pretty long time honestly) and the brake bleed was in futility as the issue was the master cylinder. Feeling very much like my time and money were wasti expressed my frustrations to Jason. Even while I was emotional Jason heard me out, took all I said into consideration and assured me he would make the situation right. He followed up with a complete brake service on my truck personally and promptly. Although I was very upset originally, I have to commend him on upholding his word and making right by me. A fine representation of your company and human being in general. Thank you NTB for coming through on your word. Will be back
