  This park has it all, a baseball diamond, tennis courts, soccer fields, dog park, picnic areas, walking paths and playground. The playground doesn't have a swing set just a slide area that is fun for my 2+ year old but is much better suited for 5+. This is the reason for the 1 star reduction. This park will do the trick but isn't the best in the neighborhood.

  Dog park. Football, soccer, baseball fields. Very nice locals park. Handicap PARKING. Bathroom facilities. City of North Las Vegas, did a great job!

  Although this is a multi-size dog park, it's better than the small dog park at Craig Ranch. It has some really nice shade trees with a couple of benches under them. Craig Ranch does have two large dog parks with lots of shade. But, I prefer Seastrand. They also have lots of picnic areas in the shade.
