Nice floorplans. The older stucco buildings looked nicer than the new lap siding cheaper buildings. Too small patios.

I have lived in Shadow Canyon four years. The first two years as a renter, last two as an owner. Shadow Canyon is a quiet community and the condos here are fairly modern - built around 2006. Location is great - close to C-470, light rail, Whole Foods, King Soopers, many plazas in the area, Park Meadows Mall and SouthGlenn mall. Some of the best ski resorts in the country are only 90 minutes away More condos are being built close by however at a much higher price - so buy while you can. Highlands Ranch is a great suburb of Denver, and Shadow Canyon is a community where you don't have lock everything up like you would downtown, or worry about crime. HOA runs $250/month, there is a small pool, hot tub and work out facility.
