  The customer service was superb here not to mention beautiful showroom!! I worked with Macy Petty as my sales person and she was so patient, very knowledgable and so helpful! Buying fixtures can be extreamly confusing but Macy walked me through everything and sent me a quote that was easy to visualize and understand. Deffinately ask for Macy as your sales person you won't be disappointed!

  We had a great experience at Flatirons Kitchen and Bath! Macy Petty was enormously helpful -- listening to what we were looking for, responding quickly to our feedback and amendments on our order, and not pressuring us in any way. Totally supportive and helpful in getting us some excellent kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Highly recommend!

  I walked into the showroom, and Claire asked me if I needed some help. I explained what I was looking for and when she determined it was not readily available, she pulled out some catalogs and offered some ideas.
  What was truly amazing, though, is that she gave me sage and detailed design advice, sitting with me for about 1/2 hour drawing pictures of my bathroom in different configurations! She explained the possible pitfalls and complexities of my bathroom remodel and opened my eyes to designs I had not contemplated. I also spoke to Jonathan Wallace, another showroom consultant, who was also very hospitable. What a wonderful and unusual experience. I highly recommend this place.
