  Amazing Place! Kind hearted staff that truly cares about the less fortunate. They deal with homeless people who are shunned by everyone including their families. These people are taken in, suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction, mental illness and physical abuse. They become part of the Third Phase family and treated like family! When everyone else has given up on these individuals, Third Phase gives them hope and self worth. Like I said this place is amazing! Great place to donate your time and money!

  I volunteered here regularly about 2 years ago. Sometimes in the Food Pantry but usually the Thrift Store. I may have signed the log a few times but since it wasn't community service I didn't think it was important to keep track.
  
  From what I can tell it's a great Ministry and to this day I love shopping at the thrift store for my Family. The Thrift Store is great but a little hit and miss on getting a good deal. Sometimes Sandra doesn't know that she's pricing something close to original value (usually the damaged hygiene items) and refuses to go down in price - but I suspect that is because I've witnessed shoppers trying to take advantage of her and she needs to be hard. Overall it's good (if a bit disorganized based on how many volunteers have been there lately) but they do their best!
  
  And I've asked why they don't have a Thrift Store sign since it's opened to the public and Sandra said it's against some ordinance unfortunately... Probably some silly red tape issue

  Was an amazing place while I was there, but when I got a side job paying alot and had to leave for 3 days to travel, I was told I couldn't come back, everyone is booked for now, it's over 90 degrees and yet they have very little space taken, and I'm told no.......I guess

  Couldn’t have asked for better help, stayed for roughly a month and got all the help I needed and some good food ! Staff is wonderful people were courteous and most of all I was able to get back on my feet. Hated to leave in a hurry but life is short and I’m glad to have shared some of my moments with this organization thanks again !
