  We've been here 5 or 6 times now. It's worth the hour drive. They make some really good beers and now they are serving a few food items. So far the pulled pork, cheeseburger, sausage sandwich and cheese curds have all been great. Nice folks, too.

  Very good beers and they're good at getting entertainment. Now they also have their own food and stuff for kids to do as well. The playground and bouncy house were fun.... for my kid. Dog and kid friendly is definitely a plus. Add that to great beer options and you've got a great brewery!

  I get down to MD abd the Bel Air area a few times a year to visit friends and I really love the beer scene going on. I'm a big fan of the farm breweries and Slate is a great example. The atmosphere and vibe are perfect and the beers here are really solid.
  
  I had 8 of the 10 beers they had on tap, and of the 8 I tried only one didn't I truly not like. It was still a solid beer but just not for me.
  
  If you like beer and prefer to drink/support local like me, then check this place out!!

  Great locally brewed beer in a really cool pavilion! Ten beer selections on tap. The Saturday evening band killed, and the food was very good. We will be back. Buy Local!
