  (Shhh … I kind of feel like a traitor—I used to be super pro-Ralston's.) Alas, Rudy now agrees wholeheartedly with Judy—this little strip mall Spec's has the loveliest people. I'm not worth my salt today, and can't remember the lovely lady's name who helped save me multiple dollars repeatedly by informing me that my favorite, budget vodka, Pinnacle, is markedly less "by the handle!" Additionally, she and all their staff always bring a smile to my face.
  
  That being said, I can't drink well vodka, but I'm on a budget—that word keeps coming up in my reviews mais c'est ma vie! I can drink neither well vodkas nor most call vodkas without getting ill! Nevertheless, I can affordably drink the heck out of Pinnacle which is preceded by Frïs, a charming , DANISH Vodka—it's a giggly, smiley buzz that invariably makes me want to be more social! We all grew up warming ourselves up to the Cold War; the Space Race was fun and all but let's be honest; VODKA is Russia's greatest contribution to humankind! That being said, when my Russian roommate's father said drink Frïs, I said "Да!" (The Pinnacle buzz isn't as "smiley" FYI.)
  
  Anyway, these people are the bee's knees; if you can't afford "Ukranian Organic Vodka," and are exceedingly particular: come here, smile, and get the best-priced, budget Vodka that one consume in the HTX! Y'all have a good one and all my good thoughts to you and yours.

  This little store is nothing shiny & fancy in a strip center in decline having flooded twice in the past few years. That said, the staff always know their products, the store stays clean, they make great recommendations, and keep the lines moving with cheerful attitude.
