Medicare is very confusing to me but Vanteena Scott # 7649 walked me through it step by step never losing patience. She has such a pleasant voice and demeanor I’m going to miss talking to her !! she also saved me a ton of money. She was very professional but has a great sense of humor too.!! I’ve never had a better experience dealing with a company over the phone. Thanks Vanteena and TZ !!
