This was the blend my mother created to help relieve the pain in my left wrist. Suffering from Tendonitis & carpal tunnel syndrome in the same wrist you could imagine the amount of pain I was constantly in. When i could no longer take the pain I went to urgent care seeking relief. the physician diagnosed me with severe tendonitis & carpal tunnel syndrome. He proceeded to wrap not only my wrist but my hand and forearm as well. In a large splint & gauze that basically looked like a cast. Then he prescribed 3 different types of medications. Now, I'm not big on taking medication EVER! I don't even take Tylenol for a headache. But I took the meds because like i said before by this point I was in agony. The meds did nothing for me. I used the muscle blend roll on for about 2-3 months. The pain is now completely gone. I no longer feel that i need surgery or physically therapy on my wrist. In fact I no longer feel any type of pain at all in my wrist. I truly feel these natural remedies and alternative healing solutions have worked for me! I couldn't be more pleased!!! The citrus facial scrub is so nice it’s a soft scrub like gentle not like most scrubs where it feels like sand on your face also smells amazing!!! Leaves me skin feeling soft and supple. I highly recommend I also tried the muscle blend #1 after an arm day at the gym and receiving a blood draw my arms were definitely feeling sore I rubbed the oil on my arms after a hot shower layed down n went to sleep. By the next morning my arms felt absolutely normal if not better it’s a nice light cooling sensation felt so relaxing after a long day. I love Pam and her products!!!!
