Don Pagel is a rock star when it comes to keeping me happy at Findlay Chevy. Shoots it to you straight, calls as promised, and delivers when he says it's going to be ready. I've been to all the other Chevy dealers and pass two in order to get to findlay just because overall their service department (& even sales) outshines their counterparts in las vegas! I've been a loyal customer of theirs long enough to forget how long it's been! Thanks to u all
