Horrible Company. Bought a Tailgaterz screen tent on Amazon in May of 2018, didn't open it until Labor Day weekend, 2018, and one pole was broken inside. Started contacting them in Sept. 2018, and now it is May 2019, and I still don't have a replacement pole, after being told numerous times that they would be receiving poles soon.
