  It was not scheduled, it I just showed up after having some electrical issues when trying to go to work. I pass the dealer everyday and Almost did not stop since I did not have appointment.
  
  I had explained the issue I was having and appreciated talking directly to the tech. They got the truck in, send tech out to talk to me, figured out the issue without too much damage to my wallet, and then explained to me where the issue was.

  I had such a great experience buying my 2018 Dodge Durango in August from Brian Cunningham, that i went back in October to see Brian and got my daughter a Jeep Compass Limited.   I received 2 separate recall notices regarding my 2017 Ram 1500 truck that involved reprogramming its onboard computers. When I called Bill Volz's service department to make an appointment to have these issues corrected, the service rep was fully aware of both recalls and how long the service would take. I delivered the truck the night before the appointment and was called earlier in the day than I would have expected based on the time the service rep had initially quoted. There was no charge. A very satisfactory experience!

  Very happy with my recent service visit to your dealership. Staff was friendly and courteous. Service was performed as expected and on-time. Loved the pumpkin coffee and the desk with wifi allowed me to get some work done while I waited for the service to be performed. Will definitely use you again in the future!

  Very pleasant experience. Everyone was very informative and helpful during the process of buying my first car. We traveled an hour and a half because of the great things we heard and they sure lived up to their positive reputation. It was a low stress/low pressure laid back shopping experience (which was a night and day difference compared to other dealers I visited.) I would for sure recommend checking these guys out when you start your new car search! (But once you visit, you won’t see a need to look elsewhere!) Thanks for your help.
