  I went to see Kristie Bennett in extreme pain. She was empathic, kind and very helpful. I was treated with great sensitivity and warmth on my first visit and this continues. A series of exercises she taught me had immediate effect, and each time I visited she taught me a few more. I am deeply grateful for her care, support, education and wonderful sense of humour. Within 4 weeks I was free of pain. Then I began to take her pilates classes where her teaching continues. Kristie Bennett is an excellent physical therapist and healer.

  Kristie is VERY knowledgeable, nice, and fun to work with. The classes are a lot of fun. I don't know what I did to keep myself feeling good before pilates!

  Kristi is very knowledgeable about the workings of the body which is why I love her Pilates classes! She knows exactly where my body and the others in the class need to be positioned to maximize the exercises on the reformer. Kristi's Pilates classes have also improved my horseback riding!

  Pinnacle PT is in a class of its own when it comes to healing and strengthening. Owner Kristie Bennett is brilliant, experienced, and intuitive in her field. I have worked with Kristie when rehabbing from a number of knee and hip injuries, including knee replacements. I left with a knowledge and specific (simple) exercises that have allowed me to continue an active and strong physical life. I have yet to meet a physical therapist with a greater knowledge of the human anatomy and psyche. I'm a big fan!

  Christie has helped me get rid of my chronic migraines with stretches and exercises that are easy to work into my daily routine, and even better do not cause any additional pain. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how it works, and does an excellent job of personalizing treatment. It's so nice to have a way to combat migraines on my own, without having to rely on medication and medical procedures.
