    I went there at the destination point of my bike ride from Huntington village area. Nice calming atmosphere in the park. Like this park very much.

    The place is so calm and serene! And if you are the kind who likes calm and secluded places where you can experience nature without any disturbance then their beach is for you!

    This state park is worth the visit if your Empire State pass holder there's no charge otherwise I believe it's $8 to park your car it's good for bicycling hiking jogging and sightseeing nature preserves a few historical buildings but a very nice place

    There is a great view and very nice scenery.
    Also historic buildings to look at as you walk on the hiking trail. You will see majestic horses from the equestrian building and ranch!
